One of the most meaningful parts of Cavali Club is the community that comes with it.
This season’s Cavali Connect experience with Michelle was designed to bring our subscribers together for a memorable conversation centered around connection, growth, and the shared love of horses that unites us all.
Michelle Mix has spent her career tuning in to what bodies are holding — the frequency beneath behavior, the field around the living thing.
For years she's worked as an animal communicator and hands-on practitioner, certified in equine and canine osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, and a range of bioenergetic and holistic healing modalities. The throughline of all of it is the same: tuning in to the energy, and the field of a living being, sensing what it's holding, and helping shift it.
Most recently, she's turned that gift toward women. Her program, Ri Turn, is a journey inward — a way of mapping where we've been performing, bracing, and running outdated programs long after they stopped serving us, and learning to update them at the source. Whether the client has four legs or two, Michelle's work begins in the same place: tuning in to the bodies inherent rhythm, and helping it find its way home.
